The Breeder and the Buyer agree to the following conditions:

The kitten or cat will be seen by a veterinary before the adoption and will have a Health Certificate. The kitten or cat will have all necessary vaccination, will be dewormed and neutered or spayed before adoption. Buyer will have the kitten examined by a licensed veterinarian within two (2) weeks after adoption. If any other household pets are present, buyer agrees to isolate kitten/cat from other pets until veterinarian appointment is conducted.

Only one vaccination will be given to the kitten at a time, and only a licensed veterinary should give the vaccination to the kitten or cat. The kitten or cat do not need rabies unless in contact with other animals.

Breeder guarantees that the kitten cat is free of FIV/FeLV at time of purchase. Breeder guarantees kitten/cat has been found physically sound at time of purchase.
- Breeder cannot guarantee that the kitten will not cause allergic reactions to the buyer or family. Should allergic reactions happen within the first two (2) weeks, Breeder accepts to take the kitten back and find another family for the kitten. Transportation costs will be the buyer’s responsibility however.

Breeder will reimburse the amount of $450 to the buyer in case of allergic reaction within the first two (2) weeks after kitten is adopted and after kitten is replaced. After such period, Breeder will have no obligation to reimburse the buyer.
- Buyer agrees not to have kitten/cat de-clawed. Buyer understands that de-clawing the kitten may alter the kitten’s temperament and coordination. Should the kitten be declawed, the health guarantee will become null and void immediately.
- Should kitten/cat die due to hereditary or genetic illness (except FIP), as diagnosed via necropsy by a licensed veterinarian from the Faculté de Médecine Vétérinaire of St-Hyacinthe, Québec for which fees Buyer will be responsible, Breeder will provide a replacement kitten of like quality within one (1) year. Monetary compensation is not available.
- The Breeder will not be responsible for veterinary fees.
- If the Breeder needs to replace a kitten or a cat further to its death, the Breeder has no obligation to replace with same colour, same pattern or same sex. Breeder has no obligation to replace a kitten or a cat for any other reason.
- Under no circumstances the kitten or cat should be sold or given to another breeder, another person, a store, a laboratory, a research center or any other similar unless written consent of the Breeder. All advertising on Internet or in newspaperis forbidden unless written consent of the Breeder.
- The kitten sold as breeding quality is not guaranteed for obtaining a Champion title. The Breeder will chose, to the best of its knowledge, a kitten but the final result when kitten becomes an adult is not guaranteed. No kitten will be replaced for the reason that he did not obtain a title.
